Let's start out by saying, we have been EXTREMLY busy this month!!!

May has brought us many wonderful events, but my personal favorite was my first Mother's Day! It was a little bittersweet because I didn't get to spend the whole day with Caine. Matt's good friend, Justin Warner got married over Mother's Day weekend, so we were traveling home from New York for a little of the morning. But, when I got to see my smiling lil boy he had not 1 but 2 cards for Mommy and a BEAUTIFUL rose bush. (I think Grandma Sandy took him shopping!) But the most exciting part of the day happened just before bedtime. Matt was holding Caine and he said, "Mom"! It was clear as day... Those 3 small letters couldn't have meant more to this Mommy.. (He has said it before but it was a little mumbled) We have been SO blessed with a perfect lil man.

This month has also had Matt busy with yard work and our out of control flowerbeds... But for the most part, the house looks good. :)

We also want to share our wonderful news that our cousins, Ray and Leslie Gibbs are expecting!!! They are due at the end of Novemember. We couldn't be happier! They are such a wonderful couple and will make outstanding parents!
